3) Main Rules
- Includes cutting, hoisting, setting, welding, bolts/nuts, shop primer (if specified).
- Connections/gussets included in weight.
- Painting typically separate (Part 14).
4) Deductions
- Measure actual net weight of members including connections; no deduction for holes/cuts unless significant per spec.
5) Special Notes
- Stainless/aluminium measured under their specific parts if applicable.
- Bolts/HSFG may be separate if specified.
6) Example
ISMB & plates as per fabrication drawings → weigh bill from drawings/BoM; total = 12.42 t.
