- m² for glass area.
- Running metres for beading (if measured separately).
Classification:
- By glass thickness/type:
- Ordinary sheet glass.
- Plate glass.
- Wired glass.
- Frosted / tinted / toughened / laminated.
- By fixing type:
- Metal frames, wooden frames.
- Glazing putty, beading, or channel fixing.
Deductions:
- None separately, as glass area is clear area installed.
Special Notes:
- Glass size measured to exposed area, not rebate size.
- Beading, putty, fixing measured separately if not included.
- Broken/wastage → included in rate.
