Unit of Measurement:
- m² (surface area treated).
Classification:
- By type of finish:
- Whitewash, colour wash, snowcem, colour coat.
- Dry distemper, oil-bound distemper, emulsion paint, plastic paint.
- By number of coats (single, double, triple).
Deductions:
- Openings >0.5 m² deducted.
- Openings ≤0.5 m² → no deduction.
Special Notes:
- Preparatory works like scaffolding, surface preparation, curing → included.
- Different surfaces (walls, ceilings, roof slabs, external walls) measured separately.
